HomeAnchor shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of this website or from services provided by third-party contractors found through our referral service. HomeAnchor's maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to HomeAnchor in the preceding 12 months.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to scrape or systematically download content, or to misrepresent your identity when requesting contractor referrals.
